I saw that trailer posted on Anne’s blog and immediately thought it’d be worth checking out. Everyday, I encounter people that can talk your ear off about sports, the weather, drinking, or just whatever. When you engage in politics or religion, then the discussion gets serious.
Yeah, I could boycott the movie (give it time, somebody will), but I think it’s always good to see the view from the other side. Not everybody thinks about Christianity the way you and I do. I’d like to see what Bill Maher’s take on Christianity & religion are. IMO, Bill probably had his mind made up before he started filming and I’m sure it’ll portray how wierd Christians can be. But, it will still be good to see what his take is, learn from it, and use that when I’m talking with people about Jesus.
