Quick question. How do you determine if church should be cancelled?

When I pastored in Michigan, it was an easy choice. If no one showed up, then church was cancelled. That was a plain and simple solution. However, here in the South things get cancelled if there’s just a threat of snow. Being from here, I know how it all operates.

So, what do you do?
