Ever since Elevation Church began, our heart has always been to give back. Currently, we support 4 organizations each month with 10% of our general budget. One of those is The Well food pantry right here in Spring Hill.
The Well was started by Wellspring Christian Church and their pastor Andy Hudelson. Andy and I have developed a good friendship over the past couple of years & I love his passion to change lives. I still remember hearing him tell about how families were struggling with food and assistance and that they could help out. Out of that passion, The Well was born.
Last week, they asked if I would be on The Well’s Board of Directors and I quickly said yes. I can’t wait to see how God uses this partnership to really help transform lives in Spring Hill. Each month, our church provides financial assistance to the Well. Along with that, we also take up a canned food drive every 2 or 3 months to help fill up their pantry. Tomorrow morning, we will collect more food to help them out. So raid your pantry and bring some non-perishables in with you to our 10AM Experience. Lives will be changed through your generosity.
