Last night, we held our High School Musical 2 premiere party in our back yard. There were around 50 people present and everyone had a great time. The only problem we had all night was the lighting. The sun was still up at the start so we used our tv from the living room for the first 45 minutes of the movie. After that, it was smooth sailing. Once the movie was over, my family stayed out and watched a couple more shows. My daughter went to bed with a huge smile on her face. Here’s a pic from about halfway through the party. It’s dark, but you can still see the setup.
One funny thing happened after the party that I have to share. About 10 minutes after the show was over, I kept getting phone calls from the same number over and over. It was some little girl who received one of our flyers and thought that we were the producers of the show. She asked tons of technical questions and I kept telling her to call Disney Channel. Gotta love it!
