Manic Monday

Today was ultra busy, but a good one at that. I spoke with our graphic designer and he gave me a copy of our new logo:

We also worked through the list of projects that we will work on in the next couple of weeks. Here’s a sampling:

Now, I’ve got to get some admin stuff done in the next couple of days. Stuff like joining civic groups, double-checking to see that all our paperwork with the Department of Commerce & Revenue are correct, and getting our bulk mail permit transferred from Franklin to Spring Hill.

After that, it’s time to design a new website. I think it’ll be pretty basic, but the layout & graphics will be the hardest part. I am a graphic intensive person. Many other people are just like me in that department. If I see it, I get it. Hopefully, this project will be a smooth one and will not be time consuming. I predict around 20-25 hours to write and design the site. We could pay someone to do it, but on a limited budget I can’t explain why we should shell out $2,250 to do it. We’ll see how much time it takes this novice to get it started.
