Working out to the Vols

Just got home from a great workout at Anytime. It’s the first time I’ve been on a treadmill watching a Vol game. Thirty minutes of a workout have never been more enjoyable. I admit that spot with Pat Summitt cheering on the team made me stop for a minute.

As I type, the Vols are ahead by 25 with around 14 minutes left. GO BIG ORANGE!!!!!!
