I know this post might cause a stir, but I’m fine with that. So let the comments fly.

I was thinking recently about how God has used both men and women to accomplish great things. I thought of great men like Abraham, Moses, Isaac, and Jacob. I also thought about Paul, Peter, and Timothy. Great men who did great things for God.

Likwise, the Bible clearly teaches that God used women to accomplish His purposes as well. Women like Ruth and Naomi, Esther, the two Marys, and so many others. Women who had little or no “power”, but influenced communities and even nations.

So that begs the question: Could a woman become a pastor? As you think of that question, think about this one: Could a woman become President of the United States?

So let the discussion fly and let’s see what happens.
